THIS IS INCREDIBLE, NO PANTS SUBWAY CELEBRATION? (SEE VIDEO)

The no pants subway ride, is an annual event that involves people taking trains in their underwear while others dressed in winter garb.

2016 edition saw people
across over 60 cities participating in the event. The idea is to see people from different cities ride on public transportation with no pants on.
