PRESIDENT BUHARI TO REWARD VICTORIOUS EAGLETS JAN 21

U-17 World World Champions Golden Eaglets, will get a handshake with President Muhamadu Buhari as well as their due reward for conquering the world record 5th time.

Nigeria set the world record after beating fellow West Africa side Mali 2-0 in the final to become the only country to have won the
U-17 championship five times.

Port Minister Solomon Dalong confirmed that the president will host the Golden Eaglets on January 21. Nigeria have previously won the competition in 1985, 1993, 2007 and 2013.

Solomon Dalong added the president will also honor various teams that won laurel for the country in 2015.
