SON CLOSE DOWN FAKE PHONE WAREHOUSE IN KANO

Just when Nigeria thought the era of substandard phones, popularly known as "China phone" has fizzle out, The
standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON) confiscated thousands of cartons of phones in Kano, belonging to Yi Fang Communication located in Kano.  

Yahaya Bukar, head of SON, said the action was necessitated by the discovery that the alleged owner has been involved in the importation of fake brands of of phones into the country.

SON, said product worth about N150 million was discovered at the warehouse before eventually arresting the woman.
