GOV. ARAGBESOLA TO PAY OSUN WORKERS BEFORE EID-L-KABIR

Smiles is set to return to the faces of Workers in Osun state, as the state Governor Rauf Aregbesola has announced his resolve to pay all their
outstanding salary arrears before eid-l-Kabir.

Governor Aregbesola disclosed this today while speaking at a public event in Osogbo the state capital. He explained that his administration is committed to the welfare of its workers, and reassured that the eight months salaries owed them will be settled before eid-l-Kabir festaival.

 Aregbesola expressed dissatisfaction that some workers are working against his efforts to block leakages in all sectors of the state economy. It would be recalled that the federal government recently approved some amount of money as bail out fund to assist some state governments in paying their owed workers' salaries.
