Anyansi has
been in charge of the two-time African champions for the past 16 years during which the club won all their major honours including two CAF Champions League and seven league championships.
Enyimba won an unprecedented seventh league title this season after they recorded 70 points from 38 matches.
Anyansi said his health and pressure for him to quit were behind his decision to throw in the towel.
