Nigeria U-20 women national side Falconet, will resume camp on Saturday 22nd August, 2015, as the team begin preparation for the 2016 FIFA Women World Cup third round qualifying match against Democratic Republic of Congo.
All 30 invited players to the Abuja camp on August 22.
This third round series is the penultimate round of the qualifying series, with the winner of Falconets/DR Congo fixture to meet the winner of the clash between Zambia and South Africa for one of Africa’s two slots at the 2016 FIFA Women’s World Cup, to be staged in Papua New Guinea, 28th October – 16th November, 2016.
The other sector of the qualifying series will see Burkina Faso take on Ethiopia, while Equatorial Guinea host Ghana’s Black Princesses.
