PIMPLES!
The direct ccause of pimples is unknown,pimples develops when oil and bacterial enters your pores. Within these pores the bacteria continue to grow,trapping the oil. These process can occur just below the surface of your skin or deep within. Getting rid of a pimple deep under the skin requires the help of a warm compress to soften the plug and draw it out to the surface. You can try this:
-Dampen a washcloth with warm water,squeeze the washcloth to take out excess water.
-Fold the wash cloth in quaters and place it over the affected area. Allow it to rest on your skin for about 15minutes to open your pores and help draw the trapped oil and bacteria to surface.
